So ive only smoked 2 or 3 times and didnt get past a  Last night I took 5 hits of medical sativa and after 10 minutes I was hit like a freight train. I could barely walk and time was moving slowly. My heart was racing and I felt worried the whole time. I could hardly control my body and all I wanted to do was lay down. Once I got to my room I layed down and didnt really do anything til I fell asleep. All in all it was a pretty shitty experience, next time I’ll definitely only be taking 1 small hit.
You’re lucky that you gained this wisdom so early in your smoking career! Yes, you way overdid it, especially with zero tolerance. Getting too high will knock you out, no matter what strain it is. Luckily for you, this isn’t cocaine that you took too much of!

That’s sativa, fo sho. Yes, being high on sativa is normally energizing, but being bombed like that on any strain is just rarely any fun at all. Too much THC = anxiety. Luckily, again, you didn’t seem to go through panic, which is uber-worse.

I know there are too many factors to answer the question but its worth a shot: I took 5 hits from my MFLB vape with medical and that’s what created this terrible high. Would 1 full hit with the same bud be safe? I just want a hardly noticeable buzz. I’m pretty paranoid to vape again and don’t know if even 1 hit will be too much
