Jack Frost medical cannabis is used to improve appetite in those with wasting conditions such as cancer and immune deficiencies. Survival is greatly increased with patients are able to consume food and maintain weight.
Indoors, these plants can be grown with a typical set up of organic soil in a five-gallon bucket with overflow holes to prevent over-watering and sogginess. An indoor tent with reflective lining can be set up with High Discharge lighting. Institute a decent watering schedule and watch your plants grow. No need to read to them or play classical music for them, these plants were bred to require less attention and still flourish and produce a nice yield. Flowering can be induced in nine to ten weeks. A yield of about sixteen ounces per meter squared will be very lucrative and enjoyable.

  • Northern Lights #5
  • White Widow
  • Jack Herer

Outside, a warm and sunny environment is needed. Nutrients can be added with Flower Power fertilizer, organic soil, and other nutrients recommended by your supplier. Plants will mature and be ready for harvest around the beginning of October.
The Jack Frost plants are tall and full. In the growing environment, the pleasant aroma permeates the air, so care must be taken to be discreet, as the potent aroma may draw insects or even the unwanted attention of authorities. The plant is beautiful greed, blanketed with sticky white trichomes and psychedelic orange hairs. It makes an impact on sight and smell. Its main aroma is of mouth-watering citrus, with hints of sweetness, oak, and organic topsoil.
Jack Frost’s THC levels make it a preferable treatment for painful conditions. It can address musculoskeletal pain such as back pain, sciatica, neck pain, and shoulder pain. It is also a good choice to help reduce inflammation in conditions such as arthritis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Neuropathic conditions such as pain resulting from fibromyalgia, peripheral neuropathy, and shingles have also been successfully treated with medical marijuana.
Jack Frost is hailed as a particularly enjoyable strain, with great aroma, flavor, and mood-boosting effects. It was bred by the growers and tinkerers at Goldenseed. They started with the excellent Jack Herer, then added the blanket of trichomes by breeding with White Widow, and the potent relaxation of the Northern Lights #5 strain. The result is the much sought-after Jack Frost.

Jack frost strain review
This is a wonderful strain. For me, the strain has had an appetite suppressant effect – last June, I weighed over 250 lbs. and I am now below 200 for the first time since the 1980’s. I am nearly 63 years old and had not smoked since 1980 until last summer. It helped with pain, which is why I took it. I was worried about getting the munchies as I did when I was young, but the opposite happened – I had a very large decrease in appetite and I not only ate less for dinner (I only smoke in the evening), but breakfast and lunch. Moreover, I had less interest in snacks. This, on top of pain reduction and lower anxiety have made this a great strain for me. I absolutely love it! . p.s. I really like it mixed with some Sherbet (the marijuana strain, but it’d be good with the frozen dessert too!). I use three parts Jack Frost to one part Sherbet. The Sherbet adds a touch of relaxation to the mix.
Great for focus and creativity!
Very calming and relaxing!
Found this strain about a month ago. I LOVE it. Just like they say, it’s easy on the thrust and one of the nicest nerve calmer I’ve found. Has a calming effect on my neurological system when my restless leg gets going. Try it. You just might like it.
Excellent strain enjoyed this more than lambs bread. It gave me energy and uplifted my mood. As a deployed veteran I can stand behind its ptsd claim wish the VA would approve this over pills.
My buds were not fluffy like popcorn but, closer to an Indica firm bud. Buds green with few orange hairs but, plenty of nice small drops of trichomes. Pine, lemon, & citrus was the smell & taste here without a doubt. High I got was that of a Sativa leaning Hybrid. I did not get sleepy from this strain which was good because I was busy eating! Above average daytime smoke in my book.
It is definitely for sleeping!! I’m not much of a heavy sleeper, but this keeps you asleep for sure. Long lasting high for the day
I enjoyed Jack Frost. I found it to relax my body when speeding up my mind. It felt very healing to my body. Gaveroferste case of the munchies. No cotton mouth or side effects. A solid choice for early evening ing when it’s nice to relax but you don’t want to be kicked u to sleepy land.
Even though I usually do concentrates of most strains, I had Jack Frost in flower form. I had a nice(small) sized nug. thinking I wasn’t going to feel it as much, I do another small nug. before I can finish the first nug. I was stopped by the powerful euphoria after a couple of exhalations. I had a shit eating smile for a good hour, then just knocked out. Yes, I am shocked it got me that well. I was at a pain level 9ish out of ten in lower back. (L5-S1). after the first bowl, I clearly forgot about the pain and some unrelated stress just vanish. Recommended in moderation only, overdosing (ha) might be accompanied with dizziness and/or paranoia for novice users. Less is more.
White Widow is mated with Northern Lights #5 to produce strong cannabis 'Jack Frost' that has an extremely euphoric and uplifting effect on your system. Its high also has other significant effects on your system, including creative, happy and energetic. It has a fluffy green coloured appearance. …
