I’ll steer clear! Thank you!
I wouldn’t risk it. French Polynesia has different laws than we do. One couple was detained on the flight from Tahiti to LA due to having CBD in their luggage. Even if it all checks out to be OK, not worth it in my opinion as the couple almost missed their flight to LA, were detained for over 3 hours, and had to give up the pills anyway.
Mine is a Dr’s prescription of Gov’t grown plants.
Put it in your checked luggage on the way and you should have no issue. DO NOT try to bring it home with you. Has anyone had their bags checked on arrival? I have read multiple reports where bags are never checked, one from a poster with over 30 visits.
Has anyone done this or know of who I need to contact to get permission/proper rules. This is non-psychoactive with less than .1 % THC.
I’d only carry it if it was 100% legal
Thanks in advance!
Yeah, I would not risk it. France is known to have strict cannabis laws in the EU and I would therefore, expect FP to be the same. Recent legal events in Paris seem to point to “legal vague area” about CBD etc. So its unclear whether what you are planning, even with Report inappropriate content
Can I bring CBD oil to Tahiti?
